   I recently dealt with Cherrywood Florist and were impressed by their great customer service. My email enquiry was dealt with quickly and all staff were friendly and helpful. The gorgeous flowers were hand delivered which made it extra special and gave my friend a lovely surprise. The bouquet of fresh flowers were fresh and smelt divine.The posy sized bouquet was perfect for this occasion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cherrywood Florist and would happily use them again.

   Highly recommended. Superb service and really lovely fresh and pretty looking flowers that were nicely put together. Helped me out on the phone when I was far away and stressed out about how to get a spray of flowers to a relative's funeral in Tauranga on time. Went above and beyond when I had missed the online deadline - making the spray up despite my not yet finishing things online, so that they would able to make the courier. Allowed me to write everything I needed to say on a long gift note! They put up with my stressed babbling on the phone, following up to see where I was at, ultimately producing a wonderful looking tribute for my relative when I couldn't be there. I was so pleased and grateful. Thank you so much Rebecca!

   I recently sent my friend some flowers for her birthday. I'm in auckland and she lives in tauranga so had not made a purchase from Cherrywood before. They flowers that were delivered were simply beautiful and still perfect 2 weeks on. The colours and the freshness of the flowers were outstanding. Thank you so much .    I really wanted to get some flowers to my Mum in Tauranga hospital on the same day to cheer her up but had missed the deadline - Cherrywood were super helpful and managed to get a courier to do it for me, and the bouquet itself was absolutely stunning and exactly like the photo online. Mum said the ladies in the room with her were very envious! Thanks so much Cherrywood :)
