If I could give more than 5 stars I would! had an impromptu decision to send some flowers to a friend to her work this morning for her Birthday. Did the order easy as online around 9am and were delivered to her just after midday! My friend sent me a pic of what they sent her and tell you what! not disappointed one bit. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day, but unknown to me the address was changed by the village she lives in. The florists tried several times to deliver them, but was unable to find the house. Despite being a Sunday, Tracey phoned me and we managed to get the correct address, and deliver the surprise flowers. This is service above and beyond, and is so appreciated.
