   JUST WOW!! My mum and I walked into Madison Rose Bridal with me having absolutely no idea what I wanted. Annette made the entire experience so wholesome and stress-free. She was incredibly patient as I tried on everything (and re-tried my favorites!). Annette has such a keen eye—she presented so many beautiful options that suited both my personality and figure perfectly. Communication was seamless, thorough, and clear, and she was so accommodating with my consultations—it was truly remarkable. Mum and I had so much fun during both appointments, and even got a little emotional when I found MY dress. Annette at Madison Rose Bridal is an absolute superstar!    I came into Madison Rose Bridal with my heart set on a specific dress, but when I tried it on, the shape just wasn’t what I had envisioned. I felt a little disheartened, until Annette stepped in. She guided me through her thoughtful and professional process, and with her help, I discovered a style that I completely fell in love with. Annette’s service and communication were outstanding from beginning to end. She went above and beyond, even organising for my dress to be sent to a seamstress she recommended for alterations. This was a huge help since I live quite a drive from Tauranga. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier and more personal. From the moment I walked in, Annette was warm, welcoming, and made both me and my entourage feel completely at ease. On our wedding day, I felt absolutely amazing in my dress, and I truly have her to thank for that. I couldn’t recommend Madison Rose Bridal more highly!

   Prior to finding my dress at Madi Lane Bridal (Tauranga) I had had a very disappointing 'dress journey' to date. When I arrived at Annette's beautiful showroom in Tauranga I was instantly excited at the huge number of dresses she had available. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, first making me try on a number of dresses that I would never have picked out myself but each pleasantly surprised me and showed how much she understood the relationship between different dresses and your body shape. One of the dresses was an instant winner, and garnered a ridiculous amount of compliments on our big day for how unique, flattering, and incredibly detailed it was. It was undoubtedly one of my favourite 'visual' aspects of the whole day. The process from trying the dress on, to placing an order, email communication throughout, all the way through to delivery was flawless and stress-free. I can't thank Annette enough for making what should have been one of the most stressful parts of getting married one of the best experiences of the whole process!

   This is an absolute gem of a bridal shop! Annette who owns and runs Madison Rose Bridal knows exactly how to help find the dress of your dreams and has some of the most stunning yet affordable gowns. The experience I had in store with my bridesmaids was simply exceptional. She listened and worked with intent, also in line my budget, in finding me the most stunning gowns to try (before falling in love with my dress which I cannot wait to wear!). With every dress, she was supportive and honest in her comments and also not afraid to say no to me when we tried styles/designs that didn't suit me. You also have Annette and the store to yourself for the whole booking which makes a big difference too! Annette also knows how to style your dress with accessories to finish you off beautifully. Her communication throughout the whole process, from making a booking through to sending me photos of me in my dress and with my dress bag, can also not be faulted. The most effective and timely communication possible. I cannot recommend Annette and Madison Rose Bridal enough. She is 1000% worth a drive from Auckland so for those of you who are thinking of it, shes worth that mini road trip! I will include photos of the dress after my wedding.

   When I started looking for a wedding dress, I had no idea how the whole process worked. I sheepishly emailed Annette about a dress I found online that she had in her boutique. She emailed back immediately and was fantastic! She made me feel at ease and explained it all to me so I felt way less overwhelmed. I could have gone anywhere closer to home (I’m in Wellington) but chose to travel up to Tauranga due to her exceptional customer service and friendly communication. It was well worth the trip! I found the dress of my dreams and everything was made so easy. I highly recommend Madison Rose Bridal for the most gorgeous dresses and the best care. I knew I was in good hands and that is super important when making huge decisions about buying the right dress!

   Went to Madison Rose Bridal after looking at their extensive range of dresses on their website at very competitive prices for the same dresses that were considerably more expensive elsewhere . Sooooo glad I did. Annette is a total dream to spend time with while dress shopping. Coming from a person who found this process quite nerve wracking and confronting, Annette was warm, inviting and gave fantastic advice. Not once did I feel any pressure to like something when I didn’t and not once did I feel like we were clock watching and under time limits. When asked for her opinion, Annette gave honest but gentle opinions which made me feel like I was walking out with something I was going to feel and look great in. She also has a fantastic range of bridal accessories which I couldn’t resist. Ended up getting my dress, my mothers dress, a veil and my earrings all from here. If you are in the BOP region, totally go check her out. If you aren’t in the region, then I would recommend a road trip.
