“We took our 18-month-old twins and they absolutely loved it. The interaction with the animals was fantastic, especially being able to feed them. It was a lovely walk around the park and very stroller-friendly, which made the visit easy and enjoyable. A great day out for families with young children — we’ll definitely be back.”

“My son was there last week for a school holiday camp. He had a great time, beautiful place. I love the entrance to the place especially when I picked him up how the drive had been cleared of leafs makes it look stunning. Big thumbs up”

“Been here many times. Parking can be a little hard to find when town is open, so arrive early to give yourself time to find a park etc. This visit was for the Pink Floyd experience Fantastic night. Great set up. Clean facilities.”

“The drift trikes are great fun and the staff were very accommodating about turning the music down a bit for our son. Our group was not the speediest on the track but it's fun to drift and you can get a good slide going at a very safe speed. It was just the 4 of us on the track which was nice. Our youngest rider was a teenager, oldest was Grandma who is in her 70s. I have seen other groups be a bit more adventurous - sometimes in a good way, once in a slightly worrying way when we were on the track with them and they tried to go full speed all the time. They say in the instruction video that drifting is about style, not speed and I agree. Spinning out once or twice is fine, crashing more than once into the barriers is careless!”

“A really wonderful community hub. I came here for a hot shower and ended up making friends, running into old friends, and then staying for the community dinner. The centre is well organized, well lit, friendly, and truly community driven. There is food and hot showers for everyone, and food to take away. I really enjoyed myself and although the shower could do with some extras, it is hot and is just what you need when you've been bathing in a cold stream for 6 months! Cheers to the staff and volunteers at Aritaki community hub. You are the true people who make the world spin and my heart goes out to you. Next I am there, My hands will jump in to help, too.”

“Had the most amazing experience recently! On the 10th September I went in an was served by I delightful man who was talkative, kind and ultimately talked me into buying a 3 in one girls jacket. Unfortunately my car got broken into that Friday and the jacket was stolen. I rang up to enquire about getting a digital receipt send through and I was greeted by a delightful lady who was so kind and helpful (she even rang me back to make sure I recieved my receipt). I am actually blown away by the outstanding customer service! Thanks guys!!”

“Laser tag is great! Had a group of 13 adults for a birthday and it was still a decently spacious arena for us all. Staff were great too! Called in advance to book it out as we were a bigger group.”

“The place itself is fantastic! A cute little village vibe to wander and engage with local artists and businesses. Unfortunately we went to the cafe and I chose the salmon quiche- which turned out to be a bacon quiche. There was no salmon in the quiche at all, just the one piece on the top. So our dogs enjoyed a treat, while I got a bad taste in my mouth about the Cafe there.”

“We wanted to say a massive thank you to Nyree in the furniture department for her exceptional service. When we called at 9:30am about a warranty claim, she went above and beyond by immediately contacting the supplier and arranging a direct replacement. By 10:45am - just over an hour later - our new item was ready for pickup at Tauranga Farmers. Her efficiency and dedication to resolving our issue so quickly was truly outstanding. “Was invited there for a birthday party this Saturday. Was very busy and yet the facility was clean and well run. I order a coffee and got it quickly and it was a great coffee too. Thee kids food in the party room was really nice. My kid lt me have some hot chips and they were actually really nice. Well done to all the staff working there. Great experience.”

When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. It was a good experience for me. They were nice and helpful.”
