“Matt is a wonder! When my car broke down, Quinn's Autos was recommended by several people from different garages that I rang. This also included the tow truck operator who took me to his workshop..(5.30pm Friday night and Matt was still open and happy to help.) These people all said that he was THE BEST at replacing transmissions. Thankyou Matt, for your open and honest communication, and keeping me up to date. There were issues with the second hand transmission but once again, nothing was too much trouble and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. If I could give 10 stars I would. I work in customer service and know what great service looks like but Jeff and Craig at Farmer Auto village Papamoa have just proved themselves worthy of the next level recognition. During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”

“We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful which was appreciated. The security was brilliant with keyed access only and a car park which was undercover and secure. Location was close to shops but far enough away to remove ourselves from the crowds. A leisurely 5 minute stroll down to all the restaurants and bars which was great. 2 min walk to beach - amazing. Thanks for hosting us and see you again soon”
