   Mike is an experienced, honest and kind mechanic. He is very clear in communicating about the issues in the car has and completely honest with his opinion. I was really impressed when I told him about my urgency and he booked me in straightaway for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection for my BMW. Although it was late, he patiently did a thorough inspection on my car and was explained very clearly about all the issues which was easily understandable. I would highly recommend Frankies Autoshop.

The guys at Frankie's Auto shop were really professional, thorough in there inspection and took the time to follow the survey up with a call to run through the report.    Mike did a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a car I am potentially going to buy. He revealed issues so has saved me a lot of trouble. He also had a quick look at my car I'm selling. Mike was able to give me an expert opinion right then and there because of his extensive experience with European cars. Fabulous service and went the extra mile even though he was pressed for time. I will be using Frankie's Auto Shop for all my European car needs from now on

   Highly recommend to everyone. The customer service is top notch + super attentive and helpful. I took my car in to be checked over (a few hours earlier than my appointment), they took care of it right on the spot. Within a hour I was presented the issue + very reasonable pricing + booked in the very next day to have my vehicle fixed. Very grateful for the amazing team!

   Frankies was just amazing with my service done on Wednesday of this week. As expected my car had some issues that did require some pretty urgent attention. They called me before even considering getting the parts to get my okay (this was at 10am) and i approved, and then I got a text at 1pm same day saying that my car was done! Amazing work by the team. Have already booked in for some extra work. Super reasonable pricing, especially with their student pricing, loan cars available, and even have afterpay! Couldn't recommend this auto shop more :)
