I was looking to source a spare part for a Mercedes vehicle and found the service dept staff most helpfull. Not the first time I have visited and have always found this particular team very engaging and eager to assist. Very professionally presented location.

As usual I am very satisfied with the service received. The only concerns I had was that due to the volumes of work received by Ingham Sears there was a delay in completion of the job but that was really of no bother for me. The vehicle was returned spotlessly clean and ran better than a brand new car. Cost of the service was somewhat higher than anticipated but as it included replacement of windscreen wipers I found the price acceptable.
I certainly can not complain with the staff at Ingram Sears Tauranga. They went over the top to keep me happy while I was waiting for the delivery of my new CLA 200. What a happy ending it was. Thanks to you all. Robbie and Ruby

Went in to have a front CV Jkint repair performed. An O ring replacement was also carried out, which was picked up at the time of the visit. The service was professional, timely and minimised hassle for me and the family. Given that the car was required overnight, Grant (our salesperson) even gave up his own vehicle as a courtesy vehicle. We are most appreciative of the way Ingham's have gone above and beyond for us.
