They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. “We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful which was appreciated. The security was brilliant with keyed access only and a car park which was undercover and secure. Location was close to shops but far enough away to remove ourselves from the crowds. A leisurely 5 minute stroll down to all the restaurants and bars which was great. 2 min walk to beach - amazing. Thanks for hosting us and see you again soon”
