It took about a month for me to drop my car off here for repairs as they were busy, which says a lot about the place. Everything was handled professionally, from the quotation to the pickup of my vehicle. Remarkably, it was ready in 2 days. This level of efficiency should be a benchmark all panel beaters should strive for. Upon closer inspection, the level of detail to which the repair was done can only be described as immaculate. Pretty sure they gave my car a wash as well, because my rims have never been this clean. Extremely happy with the service and there is no doubt that I will be recommending this place to others in the future. Thank you to Andrew and the team.

Poor finish and workmanship on a simple job. We had our windshield removed, the surface rust was repaired by Bay Panelbeaters. The job was done with little care or consideration for a good finish. This has left the car looking worse than when we dropped it off. The primer finish is full of sand and paint dust roughy and bumpy. Smith and smith called to say the car was ready with a new windshield yet said the primer paint job was not up to scratch. Upon picking up the car it’s clear the taping or (lack there of) was either pulled up to early or the surface was not cleaned prior to taping thus leaving primer to run under the tape. Straight paint lines aren’t difficult. It was suggested by Bay Panel that I should just scratch the primer off myself or go pick up some pain and paint it myself. Lastly the interior of the car was left complete covered with paint and sanding dust. Needless to say the car now needs to be detailed and cleaned throughout. Can’t recommend this company and won’t be back again.
