Great friendly place to get my trailer sorted at reasonably short notice, had it all done perfect and convenient. The lady on reception was very friendly, a can do person who made everything smooth. Very tidy work done as well. Would definitely be happy to use their services again.
Lilley automotive is one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had! My van broke down on the highway nearby and I had it towed to them in the early afternoon. By the time they closed, they had replaced my broken belt and checked for other issues and I was able to drive home the last 3 hours of my road trip that night! The repairs were efficient and affordable. Thank you guys so much.

I do not go anywhere except at Lilley. They are honest and will tell you right away if there is a problem of your car. I always had no problem after the services is done on my car. The receptionist who is the daughter is very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone.

When i was in my 20s my Subaru RS Legacy broke its timing belt in Papamoa in 1999, it was a Sunday evening and I was on my way home to Kerikeri. Lance came out and transported the car to his workshop, I drove home on a borrowed car. On Monday afternoon he faxed me the repair invoice and I drove all the way back on Tuesday to pick it up. I have no affiliation with Lilley Automotive and have actually never spoken to him since I picked the car up on that day. There were no Google reviews back then, but I'm sure this still counts. Thanks for helping a random 20 year old when he needed it. 5 stars.
The Treatment I received was really bad. Their mechanic couldn't even explain where the part was located. And when it came to giving me the quote they tried to add more then what was stated on the invoice. Like NO
Great service, friendly and a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone. My wife and i had a family run business for 33 years and that's what I like about Lilley Automotive the passion shows through.
