   AMAZING NEXT LEVEL SERVICE AND SUPPORT. I work in customer service and know what great service looks like but Jeff and Craig at Farmer Auto village Papamoa have just proved themselves worthy of the next level recognition. During work hours, they, along with their technicians worked solidly to get mine and my daughter's cars perfect, and communicated thoroughly with all progress. However, it was OUTSIDE of work hours that they both jumped in to help me with a scary situation that was both urgent and important to me. Tanya was also amazing at coordinating throughout. It was their day off and they both jumped in to help me. They saved the day, and I'm so grateful. I won't be going anywhere else and I recommend anyone reading this review goes to Farmer Auto Village also.

   Very pleased with the service I received from MG at Farmer Autovillage. I test drive a ZS Hybrid and was offered to take it overnight and I was smitten and went ahead with the purchase. Even when my salesman Brent Willcocks was not there I was able assisted by other specialists Dave Briscoe and/or Karl Schegel. And in the office for Finance by Michaela. No in fighting just excellent knowledge of the product and fielding of any questions (however stupid!) That you might have. I highly recommend this team and this product.

   Great service. Would highly recommend if you are looking at buying a car. Traded my car for a fair price and the car I bought was detailed to the max. They found a fault on the car just before I picked it up and they made the arrangements to have it repaired before I even left the dealership.

   Great experience today. Lovely coffees in the cafe while I waited for my car to be serviced, also had a delicious toasted sammie. The Subaru Service staff were amazing and made me feel like an important customer. I will continue to reccomend FAV :-)

   I did a car service in this place, my VW only drive for 2 years and 10000 mile, they charged me 829 dollars for car services. 450 dollars for basic services, 117 dollars for replaced pollen filter, and 110 dollars for refilled with replaced break fluid. I think only 2 years car doesn’t need replace pollen filter and replace break fluid. They just want to change more for do that. I feel so bad.
