   This is such a perfect kids salon! Couldn’t have asked for better service for my two girls. They went in happy and left on cloud 9. Wish we had found this place sooner, we live 40mins away with no traffic. Definitely worth the travel. You won’t be disappointed at all! This is our new kids salon going forward. Both staff were just a pleasure to be around, it was so refreshing to fell like myself and my girls matter. They listened to the kids for how they wanted their hair to look, and were always including the kids in all decisions. Which I really felt went on and above. The lady cutting/styling my younger daughters hair was full of smiles and laughter, she was an absolute joy to be around. Thank you for uplifting me that morning, everyone needs a person like you in their life.

   What a cool place for kids to get there haircut! Love the concept and the atmosphere. Our 1 and a half year old had his first hair cut here and what a great experience for him, lots of things to keep him entertained, 100% recommend.

   Took my daughter here for her first unplanned haircut as her brother played hairdresser! And her hair needed professional help! She had a wonderful experience and they talked us through what would be best and made sure we were happy before beginning, she got spoiled with choices a balloon, lollipop, hair glitter and a cute clip!    Mermaids and Mullets is a fantastic place! The set up is so engaging for kids, and it makes going for a haircut fun, not foreign and scary! Nate has gone through phases of enjoying haircuts and being not so thrilled with haircuts and Louise and her team are always patient, understanding and meet him where he is at. With so many options for seating it really does cater to all ages and needs too. Honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough. And, if it isn't obvious by now, the haircuts they give my son are fantastic too.

   I was a bit nervous for my daughters first hair cut and that her curls and natural highlights might be lost but Kerry-Anne was so reassuring and kind and did an amazing job! My daughter had a great time and felt very special with the glitter and clips. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely going back!
