I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Dale at Merckeys. The quality and speed of getting my spare key programmed for my Mercedes W639 were exceptional. Dale finished the work within around 20 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. Communication through WhatsApp was prompt, even outside of regular work hours, and Dale was able to come the next day as promised. The agreed-upon price was not only fair but also very competitive compared to other quotes I received from different places. Dale's mobile service made it incredibly convenient without me needing to drive anywhere. Dale has programmed the key and cut a small key to open the car door. To top it off, I received a pleasant surprise in the form of a stylish key holder. Definitely recommend!
I've had many services with this company and every time Dale goes above and beyond. My brother previously had faulty key produced by another company in which dale was able to provided a new one and was amazing with costumer service and communication. Recently my key had been acting up and dale got back to my messages within minutes and told me he would be able to fix it. he did this free of charge as it was my first time owning a car and it was honestly the nicest gesture he could've done. he also did a little inspection of my car and gave me advice on what to have fixed as well as a spare key to ensure next time I wouldn't be locked out of car or just as a back up. all of this free of charge. this company is amazing would 100% suggest it to any Mercedes drivers. he is your guy :)
