   This is a true an honest review. On Saturday the 26th of October i took our beautiful George to get treatment. When I was in reception paying something spooked him and he escaped his SECURE Cage by forcing it open, bending it and got into the reception. The lady said "Oh I hope the doors don't open!" They did as they were automatic doors. Our baby escaped and ran off. I spent the next 8 hours until dark looking for him. The staff, stayed for a short time then left because it was the end of their shift. They gave me two cat cages and wished me luck. All weekend I spent time back where he escaped looking for him. At no time did any of the staff come back to check on him. But in an email from the practice they said they did lies! I was on site all weekend looking for him at no time did I see a staff member from the practice. Oh and I was told they went above and beyond helping me. As soon as they could they all left!!!!! I was told by a staff member this had happened before. Would you not think that maybe you should change the ability for animals to trigger the doors then? No instead I was laid with the sole blame for my boy running away. No we are sorry. I will never set foot in tis practice again and if you have a furbaby that might get spooked? Go somewhere where they do not have automatic doors. SO TE Puke Vets would I recommend them? HELL NO.

   Unfortunately our 13 yr old Maltese was ready to be reunited with his Labrador bro,s. A very sad day (week) to have to say goodbye to my great little companion, watch dog. Angela (Te Puke Vet) is the kindest caring person to Wolfie and his owners. Our appreciation and thanks goes to all at Te Puke Veterinary Centre, for the wonderful caring work they do for all our pets and animals.

   I can't express enough how amazing Tepuke Vets have been with my beloved Gus. Yesterday, we had to rush him to their clinic, and the level of care and reassurance we received was beyond exceptional. Despite the distance, we drive from Pyes Pa to Tepuke Vets, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff's dedication to Gus's well-being and the support they provided during my worry yesterday was heartwarming. Their expertise, compassion, and commitment to delivering top-notch care are what set them apart. Thank you, Tepuke Vets, for going above and beyond. We appreciate you! Jess Hammond x

   The Te Puke community is incredibly lucky to have such a warm, compassionate team of professionals helming the Te Puke vets. Special mention to Simon, Helen and of course Karen for the care they have given to wee Charlie and Dixie, my elderly cats, who are now both, no longer. Throughout each of their nine lives there were several traumatic events which needed their expert vet care. You even get free hugs! Love you guys and very proud to be a client.

   I approached front desk PM today 18Feb ,explained to the receptionist that my wee chihuahua might have colitis inflamed bowl ,dehydrated and vomiting. I explained my husband is deathly I'll therefore my dog has been separated from his mate causing more stress. The receptionist unsmiling asked me to take the dog off the counter which I felt justified ( it was her authoritative manner). She said last time you used us was 2019 no record of his condition. I pleaded with her for at least something for the vomiting . I'm 78 years old and did not set out to upset anyone .surely she could have spoken at least to someone who could assure me of my dogs condition. Ellen marple.

   Wonderful, wonderful staff. I will forever be greatful to the vets here, especially to vet Rachel who helped my boy through the last stages of his life. I will never forget the care, kindness, and compassion you showed both of us.

   Absolutely amazing care an service from the staff at te puke vets this evening. The extra care an effort to go above an beyond they put into my pups stiches an kindness did not go unnoticed. The personal touch they even Topped both of his bandages with little hearts. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you so much.
