   I used to hate shampooing or getting my pal groomed. He would itch and scratch for several days. It was suggested I try honey vet shampoo. Totally natural. I cannot believe how amazing this shampoo is. No itching and a beautiful soft coat. I now have two bottles one for home and one at the groomers. If you have a pet that is uncomfortable with itching aftter grooning or a shampoo I totally recommend you give it a go . Thankyou waihi vets for suggesting I give it a go. I now have a happy pal . Would like to thank all the staff at waihi vets for their friendly caring service. Benji is a very happy chappy

   compassionate people our dog had cancer my own vets at Waihi vets could not make an emergency appointment for him . Sadly he had to be put down to sleep . Ever so grateful they took him in even when they were fully booked ! Great service friendly staff

   I took a very sick dog to see first the nurse then a vet, the care and thoroughness of her examination was reassuring. An excellent diagnosis was made and suggested treatment lead ta full recovery. The wonderful addition was to receive a phone call the next day to see how my dog was responding to treatment. To me that went beyond all my other experiences with vets through my long life as a pet owner, so a big thank you .

   Worst experience ever after a had my dog neutered...was with them 2 years....Bill was close to $900 after quoting $250 year before....they had charged me for a large dog .?he is a frenchie cross ???..when questioned bill was asked by owner if wasn't I could go else where!

   Words can not describe how grateful we are to have found Waihi Beach Vets. We travel from Tauranga to see Michelle and her team. Through the highs and lows of owning and breeding our French Bulldogs, they have been with us every step of the way offering their constant guidance and support. We would be lost without them and their incredible knowledge and also compassion. The best vets around!

   Very awesome customer service! Admitted our cat at extremely short notice even though they were fully booked and took her in straight away in between appointments. Diagnosis was quick and professional. The place has a very friendly vibe and even our fur baby who is normally stressed at the vets was comfortable. Overall a very awesome experience!

   Despite being fully booked today, we just received some incredibly good care for our dog from Pip and the team at very short notice. She was thorough, professional and very reassuring. Bloods turned around in 10 minutes and all other aspects of the treatment were clearly explained. I’ve never seen our Staffie so calm at any vet. Thanks guys.
