   Worst Vet I ever experienced. Rude and insensitive He told me my cat would not be able to fly with me to my new Country of choice. Whent to onother Vet Got the all ok to take my persian to my new home. Now my cat is here with me happy and healthy since day one! What a waste of a time he was.

   Exceptional Vet Clinic Brett and his team went above and beyond to ensure that all could have been done for our sick fur baby. When it was time to say goodbye they were supportive, understanding and offered us time and space throughout the process. They looked after our dog from when he was a puppy and he loved visiting them. Thank you for everything Beach Road Vets!

   Recently moved to papamoa from the mount, called to get appointment for our dog as a new customer. Were told just easier to go back to vet at mount as they already have our details, even though they had an appointment available. Wouldn’t bother ring this vet if new to the aera.

   Great Vets, looked after my beautiful girl Labrador with all of her weight and skin issues for many years. When it finally came to " the blue sleep", just done with taste, professionally, and with sympathy - even got cards from the Brett and the staff. Can't recommend the team highly enough. Bless.

   Brett is an exceptional vet and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. We have been seeing Brett for years and even travel 20min to see him even though we have numerous other vets around our neighbourhood, we prefer to see Brett as he is extremely caring towards our pets, professional and has always done an amazing job looking after our fur babies :) I highly recommend to everyone who wants a vet that will go that extra mile in caring for your pets!!
