   We have been (mostly remote) clients with Holistic Vets for almost a year and the service has been absolutely stellar! Liza and her team are extremely attentive, caring, approachable, compassionate and just overall fantastic to deal with. Recently we had one of our dogs in for a surgery and the level of care and attention we have received is A+++. I cannot recommend enough :)

   Update : I got threatened and bullied by owner voicemail that I’m not welcoming anymore if I don’t call back and take down 1 star, I won’t !!!!!! It’s so not clever to talk this to customer, you just too arrogant and make it more upset. No not planning to go back anyway there’s lots of vet in Tauranga. I was about to call back when I saw just 1 missed call but your voicemail is not nice and unkindly so as your reception) why do you lie I got only 1 missed call from you and 1 voicemail, where multiples??? For this situation, there’s no telling about this regulations in advance before and you should if the customer need to pay more (you think that the money falling from the sky. Not that I don’t have money to pay more for 120$ vet or more and another $130 injection but I think it’s not fair if you misinformation, some might not prepared budget for more pay), don’t you think I tried to explain hard to your reception for your mistake? Old review I always went there for monthly injection for my dog, I forgot 1 appointment not with the vet but with nurse and called for rebook, got denied and said that I need to see the vet. My dog is fine and she’s doing this for over 2 years and see doctor sometimes for changing medicine or sickness. Tried to explain that I don’t need to see vet for the one that I missed, the reception is not listening at all, said if I want to come I have to see vet only. Really? I’d been here for 6 years, loves doctor there, I think I will look for others clinic then. They wouldn’t mind lost 1 loyal customer

   Have been a client here for a couple years now, was recommended by a friend. The staff are absolutely lovely, compassionate and caring. Definitely are great with animals care and you can notice the passion all the staff have for them. Highly recommend this vet.

   I could not express more gratitude to all the staff at holistic vets, for their gentleness and professionalism when caring for my loved cat Kado. She had to be put down, and this was done at home in the nicest (if possible) way. The special touch when giving me the ashes, with a tree seed, and even a little card afterwards. You guys are great, and I regret I didn't meet you earlier. I can't recommend a better clinic. Thanks again XXX

   This place is AMAZING!They are taking care of a little signet we found in a lake near our house they are also having people take care off a swan with the top of him beak that has been ripped off.I differently recommend this place! Pearl ( 9 )

   Amazing staff. I've seen some good vets, but this team is exceptional! I have rescue dogs that are nervous and these vets are compassionate, skilled and take the time to do a thorough diagnosis. My dogs were in the best of hands with this team and they knew it too.
