Especially recently with the preparation for his exporting permit, the team at Pet Doctor Thorndon has made a complicated process being handled much more easier and smoother. “We had the sad and hard decision to put our dog to sleep. Mobile vets were so kind and understanding from start to finish. They arrived and had a nice genuine chat asking how we had come to the decision and confirmed this was the kindest option for Max in his old age. Vet and vet nurse talked us through what would happen. They were so patient and we never felt rushed. They gave us time with Max after and could tell they genuinely cared. Highly recommend as Max was relaxed and in his home when he went.”
