We had to unexpectedly say good bye to one of our dogs yesterday. Russell and the team were amazing , I never had an appointment but they accommodated us straight away . Thank you for your professionalism and compassion
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the vet (my apologies I cannot recall your name) whi help me say farewell to my beloved dog Maggie last Friday. He was so caring, talked us through want was happening and gave us the time to grieve and say our goodbye. He is a great asset to have in your vetinary service. Thank you so much
Would not go anywhere else! Simply amazing staff! Could not thank them enough for all they do for our animals. I unfortunately had to take my baby in there today who passed and they gave me a beautiful plant that matched his color.
I travel to Rotorua from Tauranga when possible for my dogs because they are the best vets around. They love animals, are really helpful, prompt with queries, make sure customers are fully informed, are reasonably priced and they all love animals!
These Vets and the staff are wonderful. They are compassionate and helped me to make the right decision for my beautiful girl Ivy.
Absolutely fantastic, I traveled 45 minutes to use these vet's as they were a thousand Dollars cheaper than our local vet. It's the first time in 8 years I've felt comfortable leaving my dog in care of someone else the man was incredible explained everything so I understood exactly what was being done, surgery was done fast and my dog recoverd well and I'm happy to say I'd travel to take any of my pet back for that care and price. Well done pet central for keeping pet health number one and affordable.
I had a medical emergency with my very nervous cat and they fitted us in straight away. Russell was great at calming down our cat and was very helpful and informative. The reception team were also very helpful and caring. Highly recommend.
