I was so lucky to find these lovely people.They have been fantastic from the first visit till the last, when I had to euthanize my buddy after 12 years. You feel like they actualy care about your loved furchild, not money, like most businesses now days. Definitely recommend the team, even if you're outside the area, I drove past two vets to get to them each visit for their great service.
My cat wasn't a patient at West Melton Vets, called on a Saturday and had her enrolled and an appointment by the Monday. Unfortunately over the coming weeks we had a few appointments and a surgery, but the whole team were absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish! Thanks Rachel and team for looking after Ash!
Small towns have great vets! West Melton is no different. We have been using West Melton Vet Centre since we moved here in 2022 and they have been fantastic! It's as expensive as any other vet so don't expect to be shocked either way. They excell with care and customer service, they will go out of their way to help your pet no matter what, they've catered for emergency care personally before without any issues. I highly recommend this vet centre, they are super friendly and super professional! Keep up the good work team and thank you for the amazing care you've provided so far for our 2 cats.
The best vets! Super good with flat faced breeds, they don’t try and blame every ailment on the breed like many vets do, but have a great understanding of their little quirks. Knowledgeable, friendly, just generally good people. Have to drag my dog away from there :)

I will never be able to find the words to tell you how much I appreciate you all for the love, care, and compassion you showed my believed old girl Evie of 16yrs old this evening. My girl started having siesures Sunday night. I had the most horrible day trying to find a vet who 1 would see my dog with me having a mask exception. 2 see her today. My own vet would not. You came through for us and my girl who was too sick to go on and she passed away in my arms to the sound of my voice loving her in her last time spent with me on this earth. I am heartbroken for my loss of my beloved girl but thank you for supporting me to love and care for her to the end. Thank you thank you thank you. With much love Evie's mum.
