I was really impressed with the customer service here on Sunday. The staff were all so polite and welcoming as soon as I walked in, which always makes a difference. One lady in particular was really helpful when she was assisting me and recommending sizes for my son. It felt like she actually took the time to help, which I appreciated. And on top of that there was some great sales in store too! Definitely worth a visit.

CUSTOMER SERVICE........I decided to check out your shop last sunday (12th October, about 2.30pm) since i was on that side of town & also i was looking for some t-shirts for my husband.
When I entered the shop a young lady (who was holding up the counter) looked at me like i had 2 heads on, she never spoke. As i started to look around a young man said "hows it going" (very professional i thought) NOT
I proceeded to have a look around & at no time did any of the staff approach me and offer any help. I made my way to the exit and the young lady just looked me up & down like i was a piece of poo.
I really think that the staff that were on on sunday need a bit of training in Customer Service.........
These young people seem to forget that without customers they don't have a job & if they don't want their jobs then let someone else have them. I got the impression that they just didn't want to be there & had no interest whats so ever in helping the customer.
I did ring the shop today (as i wasn't able to get onto google to do a review, but i managed to get it sorted out) and I spoke to a very nice young man who was very polite & very professional, he
said he was the Manager today & to phone back on Monday..... I am pretty sure he said his name was Jack but i may have that wrong.

Great clothing but staff were unprofessional when I came in on the weekend to find my son some rugby boots. Guy throwing a ball around , poorly I must say, as while helping my son the ball hit me . Surlely there’s more constructive things to do than to throw and kick a ball around .He was doing it the whole time we were in store . Found it quite off putting as I’m sure others would to.
