   4 girls working, I stood at the counter for a solid 3 minutes before the girl behind the counter acknowledged me at all while another staff member stood at the clothes rack smiled and continued to stand there instead of serving me, not a busy time nor anyone else waiting in line. Their customer service was absolutely appalling. As stated at the beginning, 4 girls working and not a single one noticed the lady that had shoplifted multiple items in a trolley and walked straight out of the shop.

   The wide leg pants I brought are coming apart at the seams and have only worn a few times. Not happy and the elastic waste , the elastic has all twisted and now uncomfortable. Such a waste of money

   The three times I have been in here in the last few weeks I have been appalled by the attitudes and service but the girls. The undertones looks and body language they gave each other while accusing me of stealing the item I was returning without an apology when they found my details. The general lack of customer service. The complete refusal/ignoring a lady with special needs that wanted to try something on, until I told one of them to serve her. Just disgusting all around. Not to mention that hat these girls walk around acting like they're better than the rest of us. Maybe I'm just getting too old for glassons. But I didn't even want to go back in there to spend my voucher

   Unhelpful staff. Literally have to beg staff to move off the spot to show where things are. Things are hard to find here because the merchandising sucks. Not sure why products aren't grouped together by sort.

   The 2 girls that helped me were so kind I really wanted a dress the didnt have in my size so because it couldn't be ordered to their store they got it put on hold in another town for me and im picking up Sunday. Super nice of them to go out of their way to help. This was bayfair Glassons

   I got followed the whole time I was in the Bayfair store by 2 staff members. Instead of following,actually give exceptional customer service. This actually makes people want to come back to your store and actually reduces shop lifting

   Staff is pretty darn average. No smiles, avoidant, was literally talking to a staff member then she turned around to talk to someone else while I was mid sentence. Yikes.
