   I walked into the store and looked around and the worker was clearly just looking at me. There were two other girls shopping together and she did not seem to have an eye on them either, just me. I was not even in the store for 5 minutes and I was walking out and the door beeped. The worker came up to me and checked my bags and said I was fine and it obviously would beep if I was going to walk out a second time but the worker did not let me go. I had told her the beeping was probably due to jewellery I had previously bought from another store that has made me beep through doors of stores I have walked through since buying, however she took me to the desk and dumped out everything in my shopping bags making an excuse about being a new worker. She did not even look like she was looking for anything, just the things I had bought at other stores. She then just shoved them back into the bags and let me go. The door did not beep when I had left that time.

   I do enjoy shopping here as the staff as are always fantastically friendly and the clothes are cute and affordable. Loses 2 stars for the size - it's absolutely awful and narrow, I have no idea why they have rented the spot they have, surely there's a bigger spot available?

   18 dec 2020, there was no acknowledgement from employer. I went into the store around 6.15pm which the shop was not closing until 7pm, I absolutely loved the shop and i had got carried away with shopping and realized i needed to transfer more money to buy these items i wanted. I went out side to transfer the money and as i turned around the worker inside closed the doors behind me. It was only 6.40pm. The sign outside also said 7pm close, so i thought i still had 20min until closing. I then knocked and knocked and finally knocked again for the third time and the worker completely ignored me. She knew i was there as they were very larger see-through windows however she purposely did not look my way or even acknowledge that i was there. She didn't even bother to say they were closed. I was quite upset as i was only in Dunedin for the night and i knew i wouldn't be able to purchase these items the next day. I Love dotti, but i really hope she doesn't do it to other customers. Atleast change the time on the signs outside.
