The worst customer service by the 2 white female staff members that were on. I went in with the intention of purchasing a jumper and vest today but after seeing how snobby the 2 female staff members were. I change my mind. It was actually really sad to see. We were in the store for 5 mins and not one single acknowledgement or help. I felt like they were judging us and it made browsing the store really comfortable. I usually receive great customer service so I was really disappointed!
Highly recommended seeing Venise when shopping at the store. She was so helpful when shopping, and made sure there was no rush as I came in 10 minutes to closing, and was able to guide me in the right area efficiently. The store looked very clean and tidy. She is a very valuable staff member! Make sure you look after her
