   Poor customer service and not impressed by the bouquet for the price my partner had paid, some of the flowers were already dying and to hear how rude the lady was to everybody made my partner wish he never even went there to get my flowers. He usually goes to another florist but thought he would try something more local and will for sure not be back.

   Just want to share my experience in here. Ordered a flower here for my brother's engagement one week in advance and emailed a Sample by email to them. after a couple of times reminder to them , got my order uncomplete and their customer service is poor. destroyed my day an had bad experience , dont recommend this flower shop especially if you have an important event. thanks

   Late review but worth posting it anyway! I've chosen Hornby Florist for my Mother's Day boquet for my mum as it was the closest one to home - so glad I did! The lady serving me was so helpful and so sweet and had done everything in her power to ensure my gift was well presentable. Variety of options to choose from as well, albeit coming at the end of the day. Many thanks for the amazing service and beautiful flowers - I scored a happy mum!

   Visited the store to purchase some flowers for my friends 21st and received the most amazing customer service from the lady working the Saturday shift, she was super polite and helpful with ideas for my friends flowers and she made the most beautiful bouquet as well as making it so fast for the short notice I gave her! Highly recommend Hornby Florist for beautiful flowers and amazing service.

   Beautiful flower store, I was prepared to treat myself to a beautiful bunch or flowers but unfortunately the lady florist working by herself on Saturday 19 November was extremely rude and dismissive, she was not approachable and made me feel like I was not a valved customer. It was awkward, I walked out feeling frustrated and disheartened.

   Purchased Flowers for grandmothers birthday which was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the customer was shocking. Woman behind counter snapped at my daughter cause she went to wrong side of counter, even tho she was leaning on that side of counter on her phone.
