The salesman wasn't annoyed that I kept trying on outfit after outfit and encouraged me to try out some choices he bought out, based on what I wanted. Will happily shop here again.”

The team were so helpful, suggesting lovely pieces and how to bring them all together into multiple outfits, and I bought them all! Anna and Vanessa both helped me find the most iconic and timeless outfits, that I will keep and wear time and time again. Despite the store being super busy that day, they made sure to check on me while I was trying on various items, get different sizes and help me to decide on a funeral outfit for my Dad's funeral that week. I can tell that they truly care about the customer experience. I highly recomend this lovely team, who also showcase the range in what they wear each day and are inspirational with thier style, but also how they add their own accessories to give it thier own personal touch. So gorgeous! I am surprised by some of these other reviews as I do not believe this is a typical experience. (Perhaps they are all perfect people in all circumstances huh ;)?)”
