   Visited the store on 29 December 2025 at approximately 9:39 pm. A white shirt was clearly displayed at $24.99, with multiple identical items marked at the same price. At checkout, the displayed price was not honoured. When the issue of misleading pricing was raised, the supervisor declined to resolve the matter and responded in an unprofessional manner. The combination of incorrect pricing and poor customer service was disappointing. This experience did not meet reasonable customer service standards.

   Last minute ball shopping and we got everything we needed in one go. They have suits (jacket and pants) for $239, very reasonable price compared to two previous men’s stores we went to. Thank you so much to staff member Patricia who was very helpful, excellent customer service and knows their products well. It appeared she was the only staff member on and she managed the busy store well! Thank you Patricia for your help! and thank you Connor store.. cheers :)

   Excellent customer service from CJ twice, who went the extra mile to help us on two separate weekends even when the store was obviously busy. He went out of his way to ensure we got the help, the suit and accessories we needed for our daughters wedding. The shoes were free with the suit and shirt we purchased - An added bonus. Thanks CJ.

   Really disappointed with Connors Manukau. Not sure I would have been treated so poorly in Australia shop. Bought these jeans four weeks ago. Worn twice. Washed twice. Whole knee just disintegrated. Was told it’s just wear and tear!! Really. You could eat your dinner through that hole!! Customer care 0. Customer Service 0. And that’s out of 10. Even when I said surely under the Consumers Guarantee Act they should be replaced. Nope. Not interested. Come on Connors. For the sake of $39 bucks you’d rather loose a customer and get poor reviews. I went to another clothing shop not to name anyone and they were appalled to say the least. Time to step up Connors.
