   Very disappointing experience with Amazon shops this Sunday. First, came up to Takapuna store only to find that store's been closed down without any notices on website or shop's doors. Came all the way to Albany store. I asked a staff members for help, they said they don't have any poncho towels I was looking for and get on to their conversation. To my amusement there were heaps of poncho towels in store, I found it all myself. The staff has no idea what they have in store and don't really care about customers at all. I was in store for about 20 to 30 minutes and two staff members were only busy talking to each other, all the customers were left alone. Horrible customer service.

   Very disappointing to come into the shop on Sunday morning to find one of the ladies behind counter not wearing a mask! Isn’t this a mandatory requirement. I m pregnant and had to leave the shop as didn’t feel comfortable

   The typical surf and skate themed clothing and shoe store you'd expect in any mall. They've got a bunch of boards in the back too. Overall, it seems branded more for teens or early 20s, but I went to on a friend's recommendation to get some new jandals and they do have quite an extensive collection. Oddly though, I only saw sizes 9-12, more on the 11-12, for most of them which was kind of disappointing that couldn't even try an 8 for the Reef model I liked. There was only one in a 9 too so at least got to snag that. Prices very high for anything that's not a Haviana. The kids working here were pretty friendly.
