I visited Franklins Hopper St Wellington on Thursday 1 September 22 seeking to source a part (( broken spring) on a toilet flush panel After lengthy ( about 1 hour) research thru internet and manuals the part could not be found Two staff were involved - they eventually were able to take another couple of springs from a similar panel and the problem was fixed All for no charge. Their perseverance and willingness to go the extra distance is just so refreshing and demonstrates a high level of customer service. A big thank you to the staff and very much appreciated

The seamingly new manager and the existing staff seem to have made a real effort to improve things here, which is a good effort. The showroom is very impressive, but make sure you make an appointment first is my advice as it almost feels exclusive. Who would have thought a little bit of glamour could be found in Te Aro?
Tried to go to their showroom twice and randomly closed each time (today because it’s Waitangi day on Tuesday) when website said they ar open - so they will not be getting our business.
Thought I was buying quality toilet seats, when 2 out of 3 discoloured badly after just over 12months, contacted Franklins, they were most unhelpful and unfriendly. Not willing to replace as its obviously a product fault. Then they suggested initially that they would came and take a look but I would have to pay, then they suggested that I bring all 3 in at once for them to view, I said that I couldn't do this as I they were put on by the plumber and I didn't know how to get them off. Never heard front them since. The finish on our vanity is now lifting as well. Would not recommend their products or service.
