The lady that helped me (Kimmy I think) was very knowledgeable and was more than happy to help and suggest styles, sizes and leg length based on what I said I liked. “Great service, very friendly helpful guys, cheapest supplier around and I tried the 4 big brands. I brought too many bales of batts and they very happy to accept and refund me. I see in another review something about staff unwilling to move stacks around on a Saturday showed up about the same time on a Saturday on a long weekend and they quite happy to move stacks around (third stack in at the bottom so was a bit of work)”

“Can’t rate the service I received on Saturday 13 April 2024 highly enough. Needed to get a last minute gift for a 70th that night, went in at 4.45pm. The one staff member was so helpful and kind, didn’t catch her name but just had to say she was awesome and I left with the perfect gift very nicely wrapped - thank you.”

“Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”
