   The staff were lacking the basic knowledge about Plumbing. I went there trying to get help about a small issue, about how to fix a leaking Pipe. Enter the shop and 2 staff were setting down on their desks which was far away from the customer desk. Can we help you. I was trying to say can you please come to the desk so I can show you the Pipe I brought. One came with very upset face as if I did something wrong. Very bad customer service - and they called themselves the Plumbing world - at least they could hire a real plumber who can genuinely help customers. Retail customers don't go there. Went to Bunning and found helpful staff.

   Very enthusiastic team, very professional team, very knowledgeable about all aspects of bathroom. Most importantly, they are always willing to help us, no matter how big or small the business is. This is the first time I came to the store after many years to ask for help on how to replace the seal of the toilet, and one of the staff patiently showed me how to remove the part. Maybe because the toilet is 6 years old, the plastic is stuck, and he later helped me replace the seal. Very trustworthy store and team.

   Bad experience, the staff member I encountered had very little knowledge of plumbing and said she wasn't allowed to offer any advice, nor could she ask anyone else. Very poor service.

   Aroha and the team there are the best! I had a small issue with a sink plug, but the way i was treated was amazing. Aroha took the time to look closely at the issue, explained what was going on, and went back into the the furthest corners of the warehouse, rummaged through a box full of spares, found a potential fix, and charged me absolutely nothing for her invaluable time and advice and part. Thanks so much guys.

   An extremely irresponsible shop! We ordered a toilet on Wednesday and paid the full price, saying that we could pick up on Thursday, but they told me on Thursday that it was not available! We were anxious to install, and we were about to cancel the order on Friday and asked for a refund. We were told that there was no refund. We had to wait until the next Tuesday to find the toilet sales staff. Others could not refund! It's really annoying!
