I went here yesterday to check around. I was planning to buy some hand tools for home use. I entered the store. And after few minutes ,one staff came forward and asked me what I want. He is very helpful and explained the uses of the tools I'm after. Even though, I didn't buy anything yet. I would definitely go back here to buy my future tools set.

Walked into the store, The counter guy was eating his lunch at the front counter, don't your'll have an eating room. I asked for a case for my multimeter, I was told to go and find a part number for it and come back.....duh are your'll not the electrical suppliers and should your'll not find the part number to make a sale, I will be speaking to my company to pull our account away from this people, very unprofessional.
