   Can’t rate the service I received on Saturday 13 April 2024 highly enough. Needed to get a last minute gift for a 70th that night, went in at 4.45pm. The one staff member was so helpful and kind, didn’t catch her name but just had to say she was awesome and I left with the perfect gift very nicely wrapped - thank you.

   Usually Acquisitions is a perfect place to go to for presents, but today it was different. Unprofessional and slow. Poor Susan didn’t know how to wrap the gifts the ‘Acquisitions way,’ but Sema or any other duty manager obviously hadn’t taught her before customers. Teach your staff, be professional, don’t blame your co workers for mistakes in front of customers and embarrass them, Sema.

   One of the best gift shop I am always visiting for gift, unfortunately the lady there today not willing to do reasonable dealing with clients and their requirements as I bought 4 gifts for my Europe travel, I wanted to put them in a proper packaging, name printed bags. But lady offered me only one bag putting all my gifts in it, pretty sad. She said she git another 3 bags, as i saw them, but wasn’t kind enough or not wanting to keep the client anymore. Cheers for the excellent saving. For the shop..

   Absolutely rude shop assistant accused me and my daughter of breaking something in the store in a very unprofessional manner even when we explained that a lid had fallen off a can insisted on barging past us and picking up the item because "she had to check the price" turned and marched off. No apology for taking the stance of assuming we broke something. Will never set foot in that shop again. First time I have encountered this in this store.

   Situated opposite the top of the moving walkway in North City, this store has an amazing variety of gift ideas suitable for all ages and all interests. I have been to this store on several occasions and usually leave with at least one gift plus gift ideas for later. Courteous & helpful staff.
