   This is extremely concerning. I called and emailed with a prescription for a biological treatment, which requires refrigeration. I received an SMS this morning asking me to pick it up by 5 PM. I arrived around 3 PM, only to be handed the medication in a thin paper bag, as if it were something as trivial as paracetamol. It was not refrigerated at all—despite being delivered by courier in a chilled package. This is a critical medication, and mishandling it like this is completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, their response was: “We’re human. Mistakes happen.” That kind of response is beyond disappointing. This has never happened to me before in any other pharmacy. I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and care shown in this situation.

   NOTE: the pharmacy is a bit hard to find. You need to go through the driveway towards the stairs. You can get in from the Medical center door and then up the stairs or if the medical center is closed you can use the outside stairs. The staff is lovely and helpful. Thanks for your service!

   Lovely and caring staff. The pharmacy is busy because they are managing the demands of 8 resthomes as well as their patients, but they really do their best to deliver. I went there to collect my prescription and the pharmacist was really knowledgeable about my medication!
