“Twas the first time experiencing this shore. I went to their Mt Albert shop today. I told the 2 ladies who helped me that I'm from up north and they told me where I could possibly buy my goods in my home town. They even gave me a shop address for me to go and look even though it wasn't 1 of their branches. I have to say it just made them look really good. They obviously know the law of karma. When I'm down in Auckland I will still definitely call into 1 of their 2 branches. They even went and found a box and newspaper for my trip to keep them chilled and frozen and taped the box up for me. In my experience that's a very rare thing for them to go that far. 5 ⭐'s are clearly not enough for their service with me today.”

“A previous diagnosis on the ECU of my 95 Surf indicated the capacitors had started to leak and when the truck started experiencing auto shifting problems I dropped it into the workshop to be fixed. Ian had to send the ECU to Nelson to be repaired. Dropped the Surf off Tues morning and it was back on the road all fixed by mid day Fri and I am VERY happy with the service and price charged.
