    The "salt ice" sold to me was made with fresh water, verified by taste and measuring the melting temperature. Despite providing the store with evidence of this, they will not accept any responsibility, or refund the faulty product. The only explanation I can find of why the ice was made with fresh water, is because it is made from treated toilet water which Watercare discharges near the collection point in the Manukau Harbour. Fresh water can float on top of salt water.

    Seems they advertise cheaper stock as a means to get people in the store, when they don't actually have it in stock. Blatant false and misleading advertising causing me to travel from Mt Wellington to Manukau only to find they don't have the specific item I wanted. They haven't amended their stock count even after I've proven they have none.

    Great place for everyone who is in love with fishing and outdoor activities! I would like to commend Andi for being so helpful with us when we're trying to figure out which would best fit the activity we're after. Staff are very knowledgeable about what each customer really needs. There's a wide of range of items to choose from too and they are not hesitant to say what would be the better choice. Competitive price, well stocked store. Would highly recommend!
