   I went in to the shop today to buy my dog some food, like I've done every month for about 5 years. Normally I have a good time in there chatting to the staff, and my dog loves getting pets and treats there, but this time I felt like I was getting interrogated just for buying some meat. I'm sure some newer raw feeders would appreciate some advice, but this woman who I've never met before was kind of talking to me like I was an idiot who has never fed their dog before. I think she might need to keep in mind that what I am buying 1. doesn't really concern her and 2. isn't the only thing I'm feeding my dog.

   The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always well-stocked and immaculate. And it is always an effortless and enjoyable visit to stock up, never a drama. Feeding you pet raw food is not difficult with Raw Essentials Glenfield, they make it super easy.

   Fabulous friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about the fantastic products on offer at their store. Were also super helpful when I needed to go overseas for 2 months, working out how much to buy to supply our dog sitter. Much appreciated and Loki is so healthy too!

   Love this place! I would have given 5 stars but only gave 4 as they changed their supplier for rabbit tails and they now have dried skin bits and blood all over them so I need to wash them at home. But I still buy them and are still my cats favourites toys / treats. They have a great selection of food and treats for your furbabies.

   A big shout out to the team in Glenfield store. Especially Jess who has assisted us on this raw journey with our very food-sensitive puppy! We have been stressing so much about our puppy consistently have loose stool and irritated stomach but through the help and advise from Jess we finally worked out a diet that works and he is now thriving on raw. We are so happy with the support we are getting. Thank you so much Jess for your wonderful service :)
