“I went in the store for the first time today, I had never been in before because of the shoes out front I didnt think they would have shoes Id like and because Im in a wheelchair I thought it would be too hard to look at the shoes. I really needed some plain black flat shoes so decided Id just go in to look. I could only afford to spend $20 and told this to the owner, the owner was so very kind and helpful and helped me to find exactly what I needed. I was in a wheelchair and because the shop is full, he did all the searching of the shoes for me so I could try them on and then he helped me to pay! He went above and beyond for me and smaller stores hardly ever do that, 8/10 times they will just sit there and watch as I struggle to look around the store or to gwt the things I need and Ive even been told to hurry to get out of the way, so the fact that he helped me so much blew me away because Ive never had that level of help before!! It made the process EXTREMELY easy and was in and out in probably 10ish minutes!! They sell many, many different kinds of shoes in there, cheap shoes all the way up to branded more expensive shoes! I will 100% return to this store not only to help a small local business but because its obvious that they have good caring hearts and that makes me want to help support them even more!! Thank you so very much for your kindness today, I really do appreciate it!”

“The girls at Novo St Luke’s were great. I made a click and collect order and it was a smooth process. “Most often in this day and age it is hard to find A++ customer service, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Caitlyn at The Base, she went the absolute extra mile to help me out, succesfully, confidently and cheerfully!!! Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people.
