Bought shoes from here and the process was a little difficult due to the seller trying to up sell us on spray and seeming a bit salty when we weren’t interested. Bit uncomfortable
I had a disappointing experience with this store due to poor customer service. The information I received online from customer support was completely different from what the in-store staff told me. It was frustrating and confusing to deal with such inconsistencies. On top of that, the in-store staff were not friendly, which made the whole visit unpleasant. I won’t be buying here anymore. I expected better communication and customer care from a retail store. Definitely needs improvement.
