    My experience at Step It Up Shoes has been nothing but awesome! I popped in one day to look for school shoes for my kids and the man working there was so helpful, friendly and patient. They had the best selection of school shoes for both my younger child and my older one in highschool. My son goes to Westlake and this store is an approved stockist for Westlake school shoes and other highschools in the area. 5 out 5 stars would certainly visit again!

    Stopped in one day to find some comfortable shoes that would be good for travelling. Leon was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and after listening to what I needed, sizing my foot and listening to the type of support I required for my foot, he came up with a couple of options. He was very professional and was truly focused on making sure I was happy with the purchase.     When visiting Auckland I went by the shop at Custom Street and saw them Mono Chelsea Dr Martens in the shopping window! I have had only 5min left before catching the bus back to the airport.     I went in to buy a pair of comfortable, quality shoes for work and running. The shop assistants were so helpful, they did a specialized foot assessment and found me the right shoes for my feet! I have foot problems, so it took 45 minutes to find the right shoe, but the two men helping me were so patient and friendly. One of the best experiences I've had at a store. Definitely recommend!
