    After being highly recommend what pair of QC shoes to buy by Neil (with the problem i have with my feet . ) My pair only lasted 3 -4mths !!! On returning Neil said he would replace them asap It has been over 1mth of excuses . And NO communication, As promised. I have been in several times only to be told yet another excuses . This has to be the very worst customer service I have ever experienced . Please come true on your word and replace my shoes
