I went to check out the specials and it was disappointing, no decent dress shoes my size or color on sale. I was told just to pay full price which is fair enough but still disappointing

Had to get a refund as I brought a size too big, great quick service. Thank you very much.
At Number one shoes. Customers are not number one. None of the duty retail assistants know how to sort out refund matters. I asked one of the 'experienced' lady to make a phone call for help. She refused. simply saying the manager had day off. She can not call until she tried even I expressed I need to catch my work within 1 hour. This particular lady encountered was very energetic and enthusiastic arguing and seemed to be more pumped up while arguing with me. I started this conversation by saying" sorry I do not mean to be rude, could you please do this refund because looked like Jess does not know what to do". I waited around 20 minutes for Jess to sort out the first one. There were 3 staffs on site. There were only about 3 groups of customers. the least busy number one shoes store. And the when one of the staffs refused to call for help and insisted that she could only refund back to Laybuy was simply showing she took it to personal ... trying and sucessfully had a go with me. who is being punished to follow exactly what number one shoes advertised "EASY return" after online shopping for work shoes. Thank you for such a "wonderful" and "eye opening experience".

I Found the young woman assistant to be helpful, cheerful and extremely likeable. I suggest you ask for her service when there. I understand where the other reviews are coming from for sure !
Worthless. Shoes didn't even last 2months. Have brought cheaper at Kmart and the warehouse and can get 6months out of them. Do not recommend.
