   During my visit today (03/03) at 2pm, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by a staff member at this establishment. This individual, who I believe is a poly girl with white top, displayed a lack of customer service skills. Upon entering, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude, almost as if she resented serving customers. I couldn't help but wonder if this behavior was due to a personal bias or prejudice. Regardless, it is unacceptable to treat paying customers with such indifference. Not once did she smile or acknowledge our presence. When we attempted to ask for assistance, it seemed as though she was preoccupied with her own tasks. It appears that she may have not been trained properly or was hired hastily. As a result, I will not be returning to this establishment. The owner should consider hiring someone with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. In comparison, the customer service at Sketchers next door is exceptional, earning them a well-deserved 5-star rating from me.

   You should send your staff next door to Sketchers to learn customer service skills. The staff always have a a look of disgust on their face while chewing gum. We get our shoes for staff from sketchers all the time and I have walked into your store so many times but every single time the girls there have an attitude. Either they are under paid or have no interest in working there. Whoever is in HR, please hire someone who knows customer service instead of hiring staff who have attitude like Ormiston McDs drive thru staff who never greet, smile, or acknowledge their customers. Very cold environment only due to the chewing gum girl. Let alone greeting you, she won’t even look at you. She’s in the wrong industry. Visited on 2/3/24 1:30pm.
