“Always a great experience. My favourite is the steak with bone marrow crumble, it's a must try if you love steak. The plates are best shared and no matter what you order each dish will be an experience in itself. Being asian I care less about the decor when the food is this good, but the decor is inviting and relaxed.”

“We were warmly greeted on arrival and this set the tone for the rest of the evening. The food was outstanding, we shared 4 plates - the asparagus, the venison tataki, the lamb and the potatoes. Each plate was generous and beautifully presented. There was obviously a lot of love and care taking place in the kitchen, and we certainly benefitted! Overall a 5 star experience.”

Small , family run Japanese restaurant with amazing options of both vegan and not vegan food. Our favourites are Agedashi Tofu, veggie tempura and seaweed salad which is must try ! There are some choices of sushi including vegetarian but if you ask they make it vegan. Plenty of choice of Sake as well for connoisseur of that drink. Staff is always nice and friendly and very polite. Since tables are limited booking is recommended especially on weekends as place is always packed. Sakura is No. 1 Japanese restaurant in town without doubt!”

There’s no menu—just walk in and let them know how many people are dining or ordering takeaway. They usually open around 5:30 p.m., and there’s always a long line, so give yourself extra time. The food is simple but absolutely delicious—choose chicken, lamb, or a mix, served with tasty rice and curry. It’s great value for money and always consistent. We ordered 3 servings for 5 people, and it was more than enough. Don’t expect a typical restaurant setup. You get your own drinks, plates, and cutlery. If you're dining in, you can skip the takeaway queue—just find a seat and order at the counter. We always get an extra serving to enjoy for lunch the next day. Tip: Join their Facebook group to check if they’re open. Long wait, but totally worth it!”

Staff service was very polite, respectful and attentive. We ordered 9 dishes from chicken, to mussells to the vege platter. All of them tasted amazing! Our favourites were the: - Spanish mussells, the flavour of the sauce mixed well with bread. - Lamb cutlets, the Charcoal held well with the scent of the meat. Would recommend anyone to join, from couples wanting a nice dinner date to larger families, as ty have large numbers of seating. Cost is as per menu, not the cheapest in town, not fine dining; worth the price.”

“Highly recommended. Any new Indian restaurant I go to, I always ask for a hot butter chicken. This is how I benchmark. Sangram came in with one of the best butter chickens I have had in a long time! I always order a Peshwari Naan as well. Even though the Peshwari Naan was not on the menu, they made one for me! Impressed. The butter chicken and the naan were the highlight. What they can improve on….the mixed platter. It was a mixed review. The chicken tikka very tasty, samosa was ok and lamb was good. The onion bhaji was rock hard. Overall a $13 dish not a $26 dish. Come to Sangram for the butter chicken and a peshwari naan! You won’t be disappointed!”

“Came for lunch, good parking spot right outside. Our server was very polite and friendly. We ordered filetto, risotto e fungi, and tagliatelle bolognase. Nice big portions and absolutely tasty! Eye fillet was cooked as requested. For dessert we had cheesecake and profitroles which were nice. Very nice and clean restaurant and toilets, nice moody ambiance. Definitely will return.”
