Really nice place to eat at. I enjoyed my beef salad and my friend her steak n chips! Big servings. Very tasty, well presented and reasonable prices. Very friendly and attentive owners/staff! Thnkyou. Nice seating outside with cool breeze as well.
Great food with big portions. We accidentally left a bag and they came out of the restaurant to return it to us. Washroom is a little sketchy but it’s not a big deal
Service-wise: Staff so friendly!!!!!!!!! She offered us some chillis we dont ask for, and it is so good Food-wise: It so good, we got fish and chip and again it was so delicious, and crispy, Atmosphere-wise: It was vibrant, and great vibes.
We got dinner and a couple of drinks each and WOW, this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. We were served by a super friendly lady, who seems to really care about this place and giving people a great experience. The food was outstanding. Huge portions! Steak cooked to perfection and the garlic bread was banging. We are very very happy we chose this place for our staycation and we will be back, thank you guys :)
Absolutely delicious! The big breakfast was indeed well sized and reasonably priced. Each bite was better than the last. I also got the chocolate banana muffin and it was so moist and exactly what I wanted. The coffees were top notch. Our server was friendly. It had a great relaxed and welcoming vibe, and was conveniently opened 24/7.
I miss the wood fired pizza but their oven pizzas are pretty good too. This is my go-to place for a late night feed mainly because they're always open! I also like to order the mixed kebab on rice if I'm super hungry. They also have decent burgers on the menu which are massive and tasty. The menu is quite extensive so I'm sure you'll find something to eat but if not then just pop in for happy hour. My favourite pizzas to order is the funghi or chicken and cranberry one (they don't do half and half as an option). Not a fan of shoe string fries so sometimes I order the wedges. I mostly order to takeaway and occasionally dine in if I'm with friends.
Lamb kebab on rice was very average. Meat was quite dry and overall tasted quite mid. Price doesn’t reflect much of the quality comparing to other kebab places.The hot chocolate was good though. Probably should stay away from the kebab and go for the other grilled dishes.
We are from Australia and we’re currently on a holiday in New Zealand. We were home sick for some steak and chips and we came to eat at Chargrill! We were not disappointed! This place is open 24/7! The food is served in large portions, the drinks are cheap and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and quick to cook our food to a high quality. This was the best meal we have had since visiting! Would highly recommend and would visit again. Thanks Chargrill!
One of the best pizza ever I had here, must try Puttanesca ❤️, just love it
Today I had the eggs Benny but sadly I couldn’t eat it the bread was soggy from the water and the whole meal tasted like white vinegar. Also got hot chips luckily they were good and a long black. Staff are very friendly
