“This café is near my workplace, and I often stop by. It gets quite busy in the mornings. I tried an Aerocano here for the first time, and the fine foam on top was delicious. Especially when the boss makes it, the foam is beautifully crafted. (For Japanese coffee lovers who prefer black coffee, I highly recommend trying it, though it’s not listed on the electronic order menu.) Aside from coffee, I also enjoy the feijoa smoothie. I only discovered feijoa after coming to New Zealand, and it’s such a delicious fruit. The staff has changed a bit over time, but they always greet me with a smile. Thank you so much, as always!”
“I visited here during a visit to Auckland when I wanted some connection with the Jewish community. They were lovely and welcoming, and when I was crushed to find out there were no bagels left, Sam specially found me their very last one and gave it to me free of charge. It made me so happy at a difficult time. The bagel was amazing! Plus the pickles, bagel chips, and matzo ball soup were all fantastic. For a perfect little slice of Jewish culture and delicious food, you can’t go wrong here. Cheers Sam!”
“I'm a regular at Bin Inn Wholefoods in Stonefields, and it's always a pleasure to shop there. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are consistently nice and helpful. I especially appreciate the opportunity to reduce my plastic usage while saving money. Highly recommend for anyone looking to do the same!”
“The Lebanese Grocer is home to the best chicken shawarma I have ever tried, outstanding! Not just the shawarma but the hummus and labneh that we got to take home is unbelievable. Pro tip, they give you $2 back each time you drop in your jars for a refill of hummus or labneh, hold onto your jars. 10/10 - Highly recommend to all. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales”
“If you want a wide range of vaporizers, juices and accessories, you go talk to the guys here. Want advice, excellent service, and a friendly chat? They do all that too. They know me so well, they know what juices I would enjoy, what devices are good for me, and are extremely knowledgeable. Never go to any other store since the two guys here keep me coming back. 10/10 would go again, and again”
“Love Bambini. I discovered it during Covid lockdown and I have ordered a few times online and never been disappointed. Ordered a couple of items yesterday from Auckland and they arrived today! Great service and product lines. Thank you :)”
“Best prices in the city. Great range of products”
“All gluten free menu! I can’t believe I’ve only just found out about this cute little café! Their menu is entirely gluten free, which is so nice! I grabbed a muffin and it was yummy. Will def go back.”
“Staff have great knowledge. Cheeses are amazing. Good range. Great quality and prices are NOT outrageous. Nice feature on Jackson Street.”
“Grizzly always has the nicest baked goods. Their potato sourdough kicks arse, I really wish that they had it on offer more often but it seems to be pretty common at Christmas, as I've gotten to use it for the most killer post-xmas leftover sandwiches for the past few years.”
“A very affordable place for several types of delicious apples and pears!”
“Freindly and very helpful I highly recommend support local small businesses like him”

“Russian bakery!! Honey cake is blowing my mind…. Light and not as sweet as I thought… Pistachio cake is the one you have to try!! It’s basically dacquoise with crunchy pistachios instead of almond, cream filling.… I have tried chicken liver pie, it also delicious. Nice combination with liver and veg, well seasoned. In general everything is above my expectations. I will definitely come back soon for other choices of pie!!”
“Excellent customer service, fresh fruits and vegetables at reasonable price. Very neat, clean and tidy shop. The best quality fruits and vegetables. I would give A+ to this shop.”
“Twas the first time experiencing this shore. I went to their Mt Albert shop today. I told the 2 ladies who helped me that I'm from up north and they told me where I could possibly buy my goods in my home town. They even gave me a shop address for me to go and look even though it wasn't 1 of their branches. I have to say it just made them look really good. They obviously know the law of karma. When I'm down in Auckland I will still definitely call into 1 of their 2 branches. They even went and found a box and newspaper for my trip to keep them chilled and frozen and taped the box up for me. In my experience that's a very rare thing for them to go that far. 5 ⭐'s are clearly not enough for their service with me today.”
“I buy my bread and pastries there almost on daily basis. Everything is top notch. Only very occasionally things are a little overbaked, but not to worry, they are still enjoyable. Keep it up guys, you are the best!”
“I was completely enchanted by this place. In addition to grains and seeds in bulk, you can find home cleaners and toiletries. During my staying at Auckland I found tapioca flour there, amazing!”
“Had the pleasure of dealing with Herb at Precision Auto absolute legend. Super helpful and seriously knows his stuff. He helped me out from start to finish and had me in my car and driving in no time. Really appreciate the effort, Herb. Awesome work!”
“Great team at vapo cuba- always really friendly and know their stuff! I'm indecisive and like to change it up and they're helpful with new recommendations. Store is always clean and inviting.”
“This seems to be a new place. And WOW - what a nice one. Everything you look for in a Japan Mart. Great food and lots of variety. Also non food like cosmetics and households, ceramics and more. Seems to open a liquor shop soon as well.”
“Really awesome store with a neat setup and great variety! South African Pantry in Lower Hutt has an excellent selection of authentic South African goods, from biltong and boerewors to favorite snacks and pantry staples. The store is well-organized, clean, and the staff is super friendly. If you're craving a taste South Africa or looking to try something new, this is the place to visit!”
