   Part of my order was missing, so I emailed them, asking for a replacement of the product, and to please not to refund, but to replace, but they refunded me without communication. Not great, seeing the price of shipping. Would have been perfectly happy to buy more to make up for it etc, but now I'm not coming back, because it's not great to not receive part of your order, and then no communications at all around it.

   Customer service at this Bin Inn is unbeatable. The lovely lady working there is the best. She gave me freebies (samples) on my first visit, and then helped me dry all my wet jars and bottles on my second visit because I was caught in a rainstorm on arrival. On my most recent (third) visit, she has already recognised me and helped find what I needed out back ☺️ We have been loyal customers of Bin Inn stores for years before there are other refill store options (where else can you get such fresh peanut butter!). This has become my favourite go-to Bin Inn.

   My new go to store for everything. I love taking my jars in to get topped up. Store to cupboard and no double or triple handling. Reuse and sustainability hand in hand. No additives for your fresh peanut and almond butter. Household cleaners that work at a reasonable price. The store is so clean. The owners so nice. I feel I am making a difference calling in regularly without those big supermarket shops. And it is personnel. Like stepping back in time.

   I enjoy shopping here because there's a great range of natural products, plus lots of things you can buy from the bulk bins which can save on packaging (if bring your own). The peanut butter machine is awesome too! The couple who run this shop are so lovely.
