Grizzly always has the nicest baked goods. Their potato sourdough kicks arse, I really wish that they had it on offer more often but it seems to be pretty common at Christmas, as I've gotten to use it for the most killer post-xmas leftover sandwiches for the past few years.
Hands down the best bagels in the city (and also Chai lattes). Such good value for money, they are consistently delicious and always friendly staff. Make sure you go before the lunch rush or you will miss out!
Grizzly Goods is a fantastic spot! Their pastries are absolutely amazingβcrispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The almond croissant was perfectly crispy and delicious, and my partnerβs lemon poppyseed pastry was incredible! The coffee was great too, and the friendly service made the experience even better.
A kind of coffee cart. There's no organized seating, just benches outside. Very tasty. They offer a variety of pastries, sandwiches, bagels, and the highlight β donuts.
Some of the best baked goodies you can get in Εtautahi. They also have stalls at the local farmer's markets - donuts and morning buns are amazing. Hole in the wall cafe is cute too!
Joined the line (which consistently had more people come) and ordered the lemon poppyseed breakfast bun. It was delicious and only wished it was heated alongside the others ordered (Vegemite scroll, croissant). The plain croissant wasn't as light and crispy as the pain au chocolat but still alright.
Welder Location - we are using Grizzly for our wedding desserts. They have offered to create donut flavours for us, and are putting together a tasting box ahead of time. I was so surprised with their amazing level of service considering their reasonable prices! Plus their treats are delicious! So so happy they will be a part of our special day.
Incredibly high quality baked goods and coffee. Excellent, friendly service. The best place in Christchurch to grab a sandwich, coffee & a pastry for lunch, plus some bread to take home, any (or every) day of the week. Grizzly ticks all of the boxes flavour and quality wise, as well as being a very community minded, caring company who treat their customers and staff with respect. Canβt wait for Easter so I can eat their famous hot cross buns again.
