   Beautiful Russian cakes and salads. Love that you can buy the dough starters as well as fresh breads. It is certainly very popular with very friendly staff and irresistable aromas of shashlik and baked treats.

   We are long-term customers. Unfortunately, in the past few months the quality has dropped so much that we will likely not shop here again. Clearly there is a lot of cost-cutting going on, and it has a direct impact on the quality. Pelmeni now have maybe half of the filling that they used to. Napoleon used to be made with evaporated milk, not anymore. Pistachio cake used to be truly delectable, now it is barely edible. So sad to see this establishment deteriorating

   Cakes are horrible. They are not even tasty. I have tried Russian cakes a lot, but here Kievsky cake is dry, honey cake is not even sweet. So many times I came here before and it was delicious, but the quality of your cakes has become worse than before.

   Russian bakery!! Honey cake is blowing my mind…. Light and not as sweet as I thought… Pistachio cake is the one you have to try!! It’s basically dacquoise with crunchy pistachios instead of almond, cream filling.… I have tried chicken liver pie, it also delicious. Nice combination with liver and veg, well seasoned. In general everything is above my expectations. I will definitely come back soon for other choices of pie!!

   What a gem! Visiting from Australia, stumbled across this place and stopped in for some dumplings. They make their own sour cream and cottage cheese which ensures authenticity with the dumplings. Other traditional dishes such a herring salad and homemade kvass. Staff were great.
