Expired product and when asked owner didn’t want to take the responsibility. Happened 3-4 times , thrice product was expired and 4th time open item, I bought was not even half of its standard.

My Indian friend took me here, a hidden gem. Deceiving how big it is, with a wide range of stock. Looks like they also get regular deliveries.

The staff here are polite and supportive, and communication was good — they even shared courier details and followed up with a call. I appreciate that. However, the main issue is with the online ordering system. Many items shown as “available” on the website are actually not in stock, and the delivery timelines displayed (like “within a day” or even “within an hour”) are not accurate in reality. This creates a lot of inconvenience, especially if you’re ordering something you urgently need. I ended up waiting longer than expected for my order (3 days), and had I known this beforehand, I would have gone directly to the store. The website really needs to be updated in real time and should show realistic delivery estimates. I’ve deducted 2 stars only because of the misleading online information — otherwise, the staff themselves are very polite and helpful.

Very pricey!! Loose onions, Curd, Milk, Tomatoes are expensive then New world. Their quality is also very low for the higher price ......not a best place to shop if you can go to New world.

Pretty good Indian variety of grocery items. Some items were too expensive. Nonetheless, it's good to have an Indian grocery store within the city.

Great shop, They got everything what you need. Great selections of snacks and frozen items. They got loose items so you can buy your required quantity

*EXPIRED PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF CHANGE* Good shop. You almost get whatever you need but the owner has a bad habit of not giving the change and instead gives a chocolate or peanut chikki. I DON'T MIND BUT IT'LL BE EXPIRED. It has happened to me more than couple of times so I think he does that purposefully.
